IEREK has a strict policy. Copying ideas without credit is fraudulent and may lead to paper rejection during any stage of the review process.

Abstract Submission
Submit a concise abstract (150–300 words) stating the research purpose, results, and conclusions.
- Use the Abstract Writing Template.
- Register on the conference page and click "Submit Now".
- Include 3–5 keywords and all co-authors' details.

Acceptance & Payment
After acceptance, you will receive an invoice to complete the payment.
- Refer to "Important Dates" to avoid late fees.
- Upon request, you can receive an acceptance letter and Visa invitation.
- Optionally, you may extend your abstract for ASTI (Springer Nature).

Full Paper Submission
Papers should be 6–12 pages (min. 4,000 words) in English. Use the Paper Writing Template and include: Abstract, Intro, Methodology, Results, and References.

Peer Review Process
A double-blind review starts after payment. Plagiarism check via iThenticate:
• 10-15% Similarity: Accepted | • Above 30%: Rejected.
Authors must check emails for revision requests. Final versions must follow Springer Guidelines and include a signed CTP form.
